"Disappointed from the moment we arrived"
We checked in Friday evening expecting to relax and use the pool, but it was closed the whole time we were there. The next morning, we went down for breakfast around 8:30 and most of it was already gone. I asked about it, but nobody seemed too concerned or willing to help. By the time we left on Sunday, it just felt like the amenities they advertised weren’t really available at all.

The room felt dirty as soon as we walked in. There was hair in the bathroom, the tables were dusty, and the sheets just didn’t seem fresh. I mentioned it to the front desk, but not much really happened. Sure I wouldn’t stay here again.

"WiFi was mostly fine, but I’m not fully convinced"
The WiFi worked well and stayed connected most nights, which was good. That said, after a few moments where I wasn’t sure it would hold up, I didn’t totally trust it by the end of the stay.
"Pool and hot tub were really disappointing"
I was disappointed with the pool and hot tub. The pool looked dirty, and the hot tub wasn’t even hot, it was cold. Those were things I was really looking forward to, so it definitely made me lose trust in what was advertised

"Checking in was way more frustrating than..."
Checking in was way more frustrating than it needed to be. The front desk took forever to find my booking, and there wasn’t even a quick apology or acknowledgment. Then check-out was slow too, and they tried to charge me again even though I’d already paid. It felt like a totally preventable hassle at both the start and end of my stay

"So loud I barely slept"
I booked through americinn.com and had a rough night. The room was just way too noisy, I could hear people talking in the hallway, doors slamming, and traffic outside for most of the night. The walls felt really thin, and I think I got maybe two hours of sleep total. It’s frustrating because a lot of this seems preventable with better soundproofing or quieter door closers. I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re looking for a peaceful stay

"When I first got there, my immediate..."
When I first got there, my immediate thought was that it wasn’t as close to things as I’d expected. I booked it thinking food, shops, and the usual conveniences would be nearby, but we ended up having to drive anytime we wanted to go somewhere. The room itself was fine, nothing really wrong there, but that first impression of the location being inconvenient kind of stuck with me and made the stay more frustrating than I’d hoped

When I got there, my reservation was already in the system and everything matched what I’d booked. Compared to some places where there’s always some mix-up or missing detail, this was smooth. No weird issues or back-and-forth, which I appreciated.

i tried reaching out to AmericInn about a problem with my stay, and it felt like nobody was really listening. i sent messages and called a couple times, but never got an actual answer. they kept telling me someone would follow up, and then nothing happened. annoying when all you want is a quick update. i don’t think i’ll book through them again
"Online booking was frustrating"
Tried booking a room on americinn.com and it was kind of a pain. The site froze when I was picking dates, and then the price changed at checkout for some reason.
I had to redo it twice and wasn’t even sure it worked until later. Next time I’ll probably just call or book somewhere else.
"Not the easiest stay with kids"
Stayed here with my wife and our two kids, and it just wasn’t a great fit for a family trip. The room itself was fine, nothing special, but the pool area felt kind of messy and breakfast was more stressful than it needed to be with little ones. We ended up wasting a lot of energy just trying to make things work, which is the last thing you want on a trip with kids. The staff were nice enough, but overall it didn’t really feel family friendly.

I stayed at an AmericInn for one night and felt safe the whole time. The side doors needed a key card to get in, and the parking lot had enough lighting that I wasn’t worried walking in or out, which I definitely appreciated...
The only reason I wouldn’t give it 5 stars is that the back entrance felt a little too quiet later at night. Nothing actually happened, it just made me look around and double check things, you know... Overall it was fine, and I’d stay there again.

"Stayed at the americinn with my dog..."
Stayed at the americinn with my dog and overall it went smoothly. Check-in was easy, and I appreciated that the staff didn’t make a big deal about me having a pet. The room was clean enough, and there was a decent little area outside for quick walks. The only downside was the pet fee being a little higher than I expected, and when I asked about it, I kind of felt dismissed instead of getting a real explanation. Still, it was a good enough stay, and I’d probably come back with my pup.

"Had to wait around for my refund"
The room itself was fine, nothing special but comfortable enough. What annoyed me was the refund and billing process. They said it would be handled sooner, but it dragged on longer than expected, so I basically had to keep being patient whether I wanted to or not. Not the worst stay, but the waiting definitely left a bad impression

"Bathroom was gross and communication was unclear"
The bathroom was gross. There was hair in the tub, the floor felt sticky, and the toilet didn’t seem like it had been properly cleaned. On top of that, the communication wasn’t very clear, which made the whole stay even more frustrating. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again

"Rewards program honestly feels pointless"
I signed up for the rewards program because it sounded like there would actually be some decent perks, but my stay at AmericInn didn’t really come with anything useful. My points barely showed up, and when I asked about it, the staff just kept telling me to check the website. It kind of felt like support was blaming me for not understanding how it worked instead of helping. i don’t think it’s worth signing up.

"Decent enough stay, but not for sleeping"
Check-in was easy and the place looked fine at first glance. The room was clean enough, and I didn’t have any big issues with the staff or anything like that. I was mostly just hoping for a quiet night before getting back on the road the next day. Unfortunately, once I actually tried to sleep, the mattress was really uncomfortable, hard, lumpy, and just not restful at all. I woke up sore and felt like I barely slept. Because of that, I wouldn’t stay here again.

"Decent stay, but a bit much for what it was"
The room was okay and did the job, but it still felt a little overpriced for what you get. Nothing was really wrong, just a few things felt unnecessary and didn’t really add to the stay.

"Parking was manageable, but a little tight"
I was able to find a parking spot without too much trouble, so that was fine. The spaces just felt a bit cramped, and it seems like a little more room would make things easier for everyone

"Decent stay, but could use a little attention"
It was an okay stay overall. The room seemed clean enough, and the staff I talked to were friendly, especially the person at the front desk when I came back with coffee in the morning. The bathroom fan rattled every time I turned the light on, which got annoying fast, and the hallway carpet looked worn, like it had seen a lot of rolling suitcases over the years. Nothing terrible, just felt like the place could use some upkeep here and there.
